Our culture is one where every individual is both valued and valuable. We are firmly committed to achieving the very best for every child, but we also work to ensure that colleagues feel as engaged and fulfilled in their work as our students do in their learning. We want people to feel empowered, motivated and belong to something meaningful.

At The de Ferrers Trust we believe in working hard, being kind and choosing wisely. We are privileged to work in communities where we have a positive impact on children’s lives and future every day.

The Candidate
